What apps aren't supported on the Essentials mode for the Kid-Safe Experience?

The Safe Surfer Kid-Safe Experience uses the Samsung Knox technology to provide this experience. Most smartphone and tablet devices come with various built-in apps, which means that we have to force disable some apps to provide the intended experience. Due to this, some apps cannot be used in Essentials mode, because they are force disabled by the Knox security technology.

The following list is not exhaustive, but rather contains a list of common apps that we need to force disable in Essentials mode. If you would like to allow the device user to use an app that's found in the list, you will need to switch the device into either Explorer or Empower mode. If you would like to allow the device user to use an app that's not listed below (when the phone is in Essentials mode), after the app in question has been downloaded, you can find out how to do so by clicking this link.
