How to move calls, texts, and apps from an old device to a Kid-Safe Phone (or Tablet)
To transfer calls, text, and apps from an old device to a Kid-Safe Phone (or Tablet), you can do this with the Samsung Smart Switch app.
To use the Smart Switch app, you'll need the device in question to be on either the Explorer or Empower profile—you can manage this on the Safe Surfer dashboard's Devices menu > click More info on the applicable device listing > select either the Explorer or Empower profile > wait for the device to apply the profile, then continue with this guide.
On the home screen of the Kid-Safe device, swipe from the middle of the screen to the top to open the app drawer. Tap the search bar at the top, search for Smart Switch, and open the Smart Switch app.
Tap the Receive data option.
Tap the option that corresponds to your situation.
