Why is my Safe Surfer subscription labelled as "Promo"?

Your Safe Surfer subscription will be labelled as Promo if you've activated for a Kid-Safe device for the first year. The current promotion is $129 per year per device. The Promo subscription can't add additional devices (that is, other kinds of devices you might like to protect) unless you have an accompanying Pro Surfer subscription. You can manage these settings by clicking this link.

The Promo label will be removed automatically once the period has ended.

You can change subscription for the following:

Log in to the Safe Surfer dashboard. Click the subscription status bubble at the upper-right corner of the dashboard where it says "Promo". (If you're on mobile, you can find this button by first tapping the three-bar icon at the upper-left corner of the dashboard.)
From here you can, edit, cancel or change plan.
