Why is my Safe Surfer subscription labelled as "Promo"?

Your Safe Surfer subscription will be labelled as Promo if you've activated a promotional one year free Kid-Safe Pro subscription for a Kid-Safe device. The Promo subscription can't add additional devices (that is, other kinds of devices you might like to protect) unless you have an accompanying Pro Surfer subscription. You can manage these settings by clicking this link.

The Promo label will be removed automatically once the period has ended.
