This guide provides a general tour of the online Safe Surfer dashboard (https://my.safesurfer.io), which is used to manage and monitor protected devices. You can navigate between menus by tapping the icons on the menu bar at the bottom (or if you're on desktop, clicking the menus on the left-hand sidebar).

Home

Home is the starting page, where you can look at the latest alerts, along with seeing a list of devices that have been online recently.

Devices

Devices lets you add and manage protected devices. Once you've selected a user or area, you can then manage the devices under that section. You can manage general settings for each section through the menu shortcuts (such as Blocking), or you can select an individual device to make specific changes.

Blocking

Blocking lets you block apps and websites for users or individual devices, along with setting screentime rules. In general, the Categories section is used the most.

• Presets lets you manage a broad scope of general settings for a device.
• Categories lets you manage block settings for apps and websites. This includes computer networking, along with our app blocking technology.
• Apps lets you manage block settings for specific apps through our app blocking technology. This doesn't include computer networking.
• Sites lets you manage specific website domains to either block or allow.

Account

Search lets you search for specific menus or features on the Safe Surfer dashboard.
