Protecting devices with Safe Surfer is easy. Our online dashboard (My Safe Surfer) enables you to protect and monitor devices. Visit the Safe Surfer dashboard (https://my.safesurfer.io), then tap the "Get an account" button.
Create an account with your email address, then read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you keep product updates ticked, we will never send you spam.
If you're an individual, Safe Surfer is most effective when you sign up with the email address of a support person. This means that you would be unable to reset the PIN lock applied to the Safe Surfer protection apps. Alternatively, you could sign up with an email address that is not easily accessible.
Once you're ready, tap the Next button.
Tap the applicable option for your situation. You can then select a tailored option for your default block settings. These settings can be edited later on.
Safe Surfer offers a 7-day free trial. The yearly plan is selected by default (which has a discount), but you can select the monthly plan if desired. When you're ready, tap the "Add payment method" button.
Getting an affordable subscription gives you the ability to block content from our range of more than 60 content categories. Safe Surfer can block games, online gambling, and even social media apps. You will also get our device monitoring tools.
Once you've signed up to the subscription, you can start adding devices to your account, which will protect them. (You can also do this later on the Devices menu.) Tap the option that you would like to start off with, then tap the device type that you would like to protect.
Once you've found the device type that you'd like to protect, tap the "Full tutorial guide" button to read instructions on how to protect that kind of device. If you're tech-savvy, you can skip the full tutorial guide and use the short instructions.
