Why can't I use the built-in Windows VPN features after installing Safe Surfer?
By default, the Safe Surfer for Windows app disables built-in Windows VPN features, because these can be used by some consumer VPN apps to evade Safe Surfer filtering. If you need to use these features (for example, to connect to a company network off-site), you can re-enable them.
Open the Safe Surfer app (and enter the PIN if asked), then click the Settings cog icon at the upper-right corner.
Click the switch found next to Disable Windows VPN features. Click the Yes button when asked. Once you've done this, you'll need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
