Manage protected devices on mobile
Making a shortcut to the Safe Surfer dashboard on mobile is easy. We have detailed how you can do this for different web browsers on both Android and Apple (iOS / iPadOS) devices.
Open the Google Chrome app and visit the Safe Surfer dashboard. Tap the three dot icon at the upper right of the screen. Tap the "Install app" option near the bottom of the list.
Under the "Install app" card, tap the "Install" option.
Google Chrome will place a shortcut to the dashboard inside your app draw. You can access the app draw by going back to your device home and swiping upwards from the middle of the screen. You can drag this to wherever you wish on your home screen and use it next time you want to monitor devices.
Open the Firefox app and visit the Safe Surfer dashboard. Tap the three dot icon at the upper right of the screen. Tap the "Install" option near the bottom of the list.
Firefox will place a shortcut to the dashboard on a new page on your home screen. You can drag this wherever you wish and use it next time you want to monitor devices.
Open the Safari app and visit the Safe Surfer dashboard. Tap the Share (up arrow) button at the bottom.
Scroll down and tap the "Add to Home Screen" button.
Give the shortcut a name (for example, "Dashboard"). Tap the "Add" button.
