Reset my Safe Surfer account password

This brief article will show you how to reset the password for your Safe Surfer account.

Reset your account password



Visit the Safe Surfer dashboard and click the "Forgot Password?" option.



Enter the email address used for your account, then click the Send Password Reset button.



You will receive an email within a few minutes. Inside the email, click the Reset Password button.

If you can't see the password reset email in your inbox, please check your Spam folder. If you still haven't received the email after 10 minutes, please contact us by clicking this link.



Enter a new password into both fields, then click the Change Password button.



The dashboard will inform you that the password for your account has been successfully reset. You can now log in to the dashboard.
