How to change my subscription plan

This brief article will show you how to change your Safe Surfer subscription plan between our annual and monthly options. You can also switch your account licensing between Family, Individual, Business, and School. For all intents and purposes, the Family and Individual plans are identical and provide the same licencing.

Change your subscription plan

If you change your plan duration, you will still keep the current duration that you have remaining on your account.

Log in to the Safe Surfer dashboard. Click the subscription status bubble at the upper-right corner of the dashboard. (If you're on mobile, you can find this button by first tapping the three-bar icon at the upper-left corner of the dashboard.)

Click the Change Plan button.

Select the option applicable to your use case.

Select either the annual or monthly subscription, then click the "Switch to plan" button.

The dashboard should show the Future tag on the Subscription menu—this means that your plan will automatically switch over to your new one when your current subscription period finishes.
