Why was I charged before my Safe Surfer trial ended?

Depending on your bank / credit card vendor, you might see what's called a pending charge on your card before the Safe Surfer trial has ended. When the trial period ends, this is when the actual charge will take place through our payment system if you haven't cancelled your trial. The pending charge is something performed by your bank / credit card vendor, which we have no control over. If you cancel your trial, this will be automatically returned by your bank / credit card vendor in accordance with their processing period, which could take several working days.

If you wish to continue the subscription as expected, you won't be charged twice, and you can continue as normal.
