What search engines can Safe Surfer enforce filtering for?

This article provides a list of search engines that Safe Surfer has reviewed and tested.

Wi-Fi Lifeguard and Safe Surfer's DNS services enforce Safe Search functionality on the following search engines by default:

Google (google.com)
Bing (bing.com and similar services such as dogpile.com, excite.com, and aol.com)
DuckDuckGo (duckduckgo.com)
Yandex (yandex.com)

There are various search engines that do not offer a Safe Search functionality (or Safe Search cannot be enforced).

Below are unsafe search engines that can be blocked by Wi-Fi Lifeguard to enhance protection:

Baidu (baidu.com)
Yahoo (yahoo.com)
Ask.com (ask.com)
Ecosia (ecosia.org)
Startpage.com (startpage.com)
Qwant (qwant.com)

If you wish to stop these unsafe search engines, you can block the "Unsafe Search Engines" category on the Safe Surfer dashboard.
