Why does the Apple App Store say that "Due to restrictions set for this device, this app cannot be downloaded"?
If you see a message in the Apple App Store that says "Due to restrictions set for this device, this app cannot be downloaded", this is caused by Apple Screen Time, rather than Safe Surfer. You can find out how to resolve this with the following instructions:
You'll currently see the following message, which is what we'll resolve.

Go to the Home Screen, then tap the Settings app.

Tap the Screen Time menu.

Tap the Content & Privacy Restrictions menu.

Tap the App Store, Media, Web & Games menu.

Tap the Apps menu. Once you've selected the age rating you would like available on this device, return to the Screen Time main menu to save the changes.

Back in the App Store, the app should now be available to download.
