Get reports for family devices on Wi-Fi Lifeguard

Safe Surfer Wi-Fi Lifeguard routers support any kind of device that uses the Internet via a wired or wireless connection. The process of connecting these devices to the Wi-Fi Lifeguard network will be almost identical to how they were previously set up to use the Internet.

A Wi-Fi Lifeguard network provides reports based on what web pages have been blocked per device. You can access them from your Wi-Fi Lifeguard by visiting 192.168.8.1 on your favourite web browser.

From the Usage menu on the sidebar, this page shows a categorised count of websites visited by each device accessing the Internet through the filtered network:

Wi-Fi Lifeguard networks also support setting up automatic email reports. These periodic emails report information about high risk sites that have been attempted to visit per device, time spent online per device, and VPN access attempts:

From the Wi-Fi Lifeguard web configuration panel, open the Email Reports menu on the sidebar. The Email Reports menu has a toggle switch to enable the automatic sending of emails to an email address of your choice. Click the Add Address button and fill in the text box to add an email. Select how often you wish to send reports, and which devices should be included in the report. Click the Save button.
