Reset my Safe Surfer app PIN on Android
Locked out of the Safe Surfer app? This brief article will help you reset your app PIN.
Open the Safe Surfer app, then tap the Reset option on the PIN screen.
If you can't remember your account password (and don't have access to the email address you used to log in to the app), the only way to reset the PIN is to switch your account email. Please send us an email to info@safesurfer.io and we can help you further.
Enter the password for the Safe Surfer account used to install protection, then tap the Log in button.
If you've updated your account email address since Safe Surfer was installed, you can manually specify the new email address in the Email field.
Set a new PIN. Once you have done so, tap the OK button. You can now use the new PIN.
