# Windows full uninstallation guides

If you're not sure what version of Windows that the device you're protecting is running, you can identify it by the visual look of the Start menu and taskbar. Both Windows 11 and Windows 10 can have light and dark taskbars, but the icons on Windows 11 are usually centered on the taskbar. The Start button on Windows 10 is always on the left-hand side of the taskbar.
