# Why can't I download or use the Opera app?

Opera is a set of web browser apps used to search the Internet. Safe Surfer blocks Opera computer networking by default due to its lack of support for policies surrounding Web3 technologies, which can cause filter leaks in specific situations. In addition, the Opera Mini app processes website domains in the cloud, which means that online content cannot be filtered.
