# How to change the payment method for my subscription

This brief article will show you how to change the payment method for your Safe Surfer subscription.

||| If you subscribed through an app store, you will need to go through the app store system. You can check this for either the [Google Play Store](https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/4646404?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid) or the [Apple App Store](https://support.apple.com/en-nz/118293).

# Change your payment method

Log in to the [Safe Surfer dashboard](https://my.safesurfer.io). Click the subscription status bubble at the upper-right corner of the dashboard. (If you're on mobile, you can find this button by first tapping the three-bar icon at the upper-left corner of the dashboard.)

Click the Edit Payment Methods button.

Click the Edit Payment Method option.

Enter your updated card details into the respective fields, then click the Update button.

Once the changes have been saved, click the close button at the upper-right corner.
