# Cancel your Safe Surfer trial

| Can't get Safe Surfer to work, or stuck with installing protection? We're more than happy to help! Please send an email to info@safesurfer.io where we can help you further.

Log in to the [Safe Surfer dashboard](https://my.safesurfer.io). Click the subscription status bubble at the upper-right corner. (If you're on mobile, you can find this button by first tapping the three-bar icon at the upper-left corner of the dashboard.)

Click the Cancel button.

The dashboard should show the Cancelled tag on the Subscription menu—this means that your card will not be charged. Your account will now be on the Free plan.
