# How to block porn on an iPod

| Safe Surfer can be installed on an iPod Touch (7th generation) running either [iOS 14 or iOS 15](https://support.apple.com/en-nz/109065). The Safe Surfer app is unsupported on the iPod Touch (as the app requires at least iOS 16), but you can still install protection manually. To install protection, you can visit the DNS profile installation guide by [clicking this link](https://helpdesk.safesurfer.io/en-nz/article/install-safe-surfer-with-ios-dns-profile-jpkir8/).
